OverviewSenior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant£60,000 - £75,000UK (Hybrid - flexible onsite attendance for client workshops) | PermanentSC Cleared or EligibleOur client, a leading digital consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join their expanding D365 practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects, deliver high-quality solutions, and shape client transformation programmes across the Microsoft ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform solutions.Facilitate client workshops to capture requirements, design solutions, and advise on best practices.Provide functional leadership through the full project lifecycle, from presales through to delivery and handover.Manage migrations, integrations, and customisations within the Dynamics 365 platform.Support technical and commercial presales activities, including scoping, estimating, and preparing SoWs.Stay current with Dynamics 365 wave releases and new features, incorporating these into solution design.Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.Build and maintain trusted client relationships, ensuring solution alignment with business goals.Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices within the D365 team.Requirements5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.Proven track record of leading full lifecycle D365 projects from design to delivery.Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Ability to provide business analysis and consultancy, advising on solution options and trade-offs.Experience with data governance, information protection, and integration with Azure.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Awareness of user experience (UX/UI) principles.Eligible for or holding SC Clearance.Desirable SkillsExperience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment.Familiarity with Azure services supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.Knowledge of migration best practices and data integrity principles.Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.Strong commercial awareness and time management skills.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant who thrives on delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions, driving innovation, and partnering with clients to achieve meaningful business transformation.
