Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Design Engineer

Cambridge - 1 day per week on site

£43-46 per hour outside IR35

6-12 month initial contract

Essential Skillset

• Electrical and Instrumentation Design within hazardous environments (ATEX, COMPEX, NORSOK)
• Understanding of PLC (Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley)
• Experience working within the Offshore Energy or Oil & Gas industry
• Experience with junction boxes, instruments, isolating equipment, electric motors, and control panels
• Generate E&I documentation such as utilities/cable Schedules, I/O Schedules, Bill of materials, Hazardous Area Schedules, Test Procedures, Lighting Calculations, etc.
