Senior Email Marketing Manager Location: London – 3 days a week in the office A major UK real estate group with over 80 different brands is extending its email marketing and content team, and this is a critical hire! Role Lead email strategy and delivery across a large portfolio of consumer property brands, managing high-volume lifecycle communications and a small team. You will be involved in:

Planning, executing, and optimising email activity across 90% of group brands Managing a team of 5 (mix of senior and junior execs) Maintaining & improving lifecycle and triggered journeys (across multiple platforms) Segmentation, personalisation and BAU communications Ensuring compliance for regulated communications (mortgage/legal services) Owning performance reporting and continuous improvement Working closely with CRM leadership to shape best practice and process

Your Skills and Experience

Hands‑on email experience in fast‑paced B2C environments HTML experience is a plus Proven campaign delivery and lifecycle experience High attention to detail and quality control Strong stakeholder communication and performance reporting Experience managing or mentoring email specialists Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools (Power BI ideal) GDPR/regulated‑industry experience highly advantageous
