We’re looking for a Senior Industrialisation Engineer to play a key role in the development and deployment of industrialised device assembly, packaging, and related process technologies for innovative products. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, fast‑paced organisation where you’ll work on the industrialisation of advanced device and packaging systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners to bring new therapies to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialisation of device assembly and packaging processes, from proof of principle to commercial manufacture.
• Collaborate with Device Development, Quality, Operations and CMC teams to develop component specifications, DFM/DFA principles and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and manage URS, RFP and RFQ documentation for equipment and contract manufacturing needs.
• Partner with equipment vendors and CMOs through design, build, FAT, SAT, validation and technical transfer activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise on state‑of‑the‑art device assembly and packaging technologies.
• Support regulatory documentation, risk management and design control activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost‑optimisation initiatives across processes and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Proven success in the technical transfer and scale‑up of assembly or packaging processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (oral and written); other European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
