Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Consultant with a proven track record in delivering high-impact content services solutions across diverse industries. This role combines client advisory, solution architecture, hands-on implementation, and end-user training, requiring both technical depth and strategic vision.

As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will work across the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering to go-live — while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success and business value delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and strategic advisor to clients on ECM solution design and optimisation.
  • Lead or support the design and configuration of ECM platforms tailored to business use cases, including:
  • Accounts Payable Automation
  • ERP & CRM Integration
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Legal Case Management
  • Digital Employee Records
  • Deliver full-cycle implementation services including solution scoping, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Develop and facilitate client training sessions and documentation tailored to end-users and administrators.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ECM architectures and workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
  • Stay abreast of ECM industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution strategy and client value.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in ECM consulting, system integration, or information management.
  • Proven track record in deploying and customising at least two or more of the following platforms:
  • OpenText, FileNet, Hyland, Alfresco, M-Files
  • iManage, Intapp, d.velop, SER Group, Microsoft SharePoint
  • Strong understanding of ECM use cases across finance, procurement, sales, HR, legal, operations and compliance functions.
  • Familiarity with integrating ECM platforms with major ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous and self-driven— able to manage tasks, deadlines, and client expectations independently.
  • Strong customer focus— committed to delivering value and building long-term client relationships.
  • Solution-oriented, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Certifications in any of the platforms listed (e.g., OpenText Certified Consultant, Microsoft 365/SharePoint Certifications).
  • Experience with business process modeling or workflow automation tools.

What the Role Offers

  • Flexible working environment (remote or hybrid).
  • Exposure to diverse industries and high-profile client projects.
  • Opportunities for professional development and certification support.
  • Collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Pension contributions.
  • 25 days holiday + public holidays
