This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the Environmental agenda on a nationally significant development, supporting the construction of a major UK Nuclear Power Station. As the Senior Environmental Advisor , you will lead the delivery of environmental objectives across the project. Working across both site and office settings, you’ll ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to the project's long-term sustainability ambitions. With strong development potential and the backing of a well-established team, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within a major construction environment.
Environmental Support – Provide expert guidance to operational teams on environmental issues and best practices.
Planning & Management – Develop and maintain site-specific environmental management and sustainability plans.
Compliance & Coaching – Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and support teams with training and mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with regulators, clients, and subcontractors.
Incident Management – Report and investigate environmental incidents in line with procedures, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.
Industry Experience – Experience in environmental management, ideally within construction or a related sector. Proactive & Impact-Oriented – A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering positive environmental outcomes.
