About Our Team
We’re excited to welcome Principal and Architect‑level ERP Consultants, both technical and functional, to our growing UK & CEE NetSuite team. As the leading NetSuite Partner in Europe, our team includes some of the top NetSuite professionals in the industry. In the UK, you’ll join a team of 30 talented ERP professionals, all guided by our dedicated UK & CEE NetSuite Manager. The role is fully remote with regular on‑site visits (2–4 times per month) to support pre‑sales opportunities and key project milestones.
Journey That Awaits You
As an ERP Consultant, you play an important role in project delivery and client engagement. Your main focus will be on delivering successful ERP implementations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead multi‑subsidiary ERP implementations and/or integrations, ensuring seamless rollouts across diverse business entities.
- Analyse and map clients’ business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and translating these into robust ERP architectures and solutions.
- Design and structure complex ERP solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals.
- Advise customers on best practices for business process improvement, leveraging your deep understanding of operational workflows and ERP capabilities.
- Facilitate functional and/or technical workshops, mapping business processes and requirements to ERP capabilities.
- Conduct architectural assessments and recommend improvements for existing solutions.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing environment.
- Own the journey from discovery to training and long‑term partnership with the customer, seeing the impact of your work unfold in real time.

Keys to Success in This Role
- Deep functional and/or technical knowledge of ERP modules.
- Strong business process analysis and advisory skills.
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Excellent English skills (Finnish or other European languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to travel for key onsite project milestones.
NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant are considered a plus.
