Are you a self-starting, motivated Senior Estimator from a Construction or Modular background looking to join an internationally renowned, unique manufacturer and service provider in a highly autonomous role where you will have the authority to take control of estimating, cost and planning based processes on technically diverse commercial construction/modular projects? On offer is the opportunity to join an industry-leading company where you will play a valuable role in overseeing the end-to-end production of competitive tenders, cost plans and cost estimates, while being seen as the technical authority in the area. The company operates globally and has factories across the globe. Due to internal promotion and continual growth, they are looking for a new leader to drive estimating-related processes, projects and day-to-day operations. The role focuses on modular projects and involves collaboration with the wider Commercial and Pre-Construction teams, including business development, bid management, design management, sales leads and other stakeholders to formulate robust responses to opportunities.

The Role

• Responsible for the preparation and presentation of analytical cost estimates
• Creating and developing new processes and standards across the business
• Ensure all costs are backed up with demonstrable and achievable quotations
• The production of competitive tenders, cost plans and cost estimates
• Monday - Friday, days based

The Person

• Strong background in Construction or Modular
• Experience within a Senior Technical Estimator role
• Experience with main contractors & two-stage procurement/tendering
• Commutable from Leeds, York, Hull, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Grimsby and surrounding areas
