Job Overview
Capgemini seeks a Senior Fabric Architect to lead end‑to‑end Microsoft Fabric and Power BI deployments across enterprise clients. The role sits within the AI & Analytics practice and focuses on architecture design, governance, integration and delivery.
Responsibilities
Architect enterprise‑scale Fabric and Power BI solutions that meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
Lead solution design for security, data pipelines, governance, service support and monitoring.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary, agile, globally distributed teams.
Mentor and contribute to the practice, fostering innovation and knowledge sharing.
Support client engagement activities to win new Fabric/Power BI engagements.
Qualifications
Strong Fabric and Power BI expertise, including dashboards, reports, data models, and dataflows.
Hands‑on experience designing and building Fabric solutions and integrating with Microsoft Office, Power Platform, Azure and non‑Microsoft ecosystems.
Experience implementing governance, RBAC, and data security models in Fabric/Power BI.
Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, Fabric service administration, and data lake integration.
Ability to lead full‑lifecycle Power BI implementations and manage capacity, cost and licensing.
Experience translating business needs into data solutions and engaging senior client stakeholders.
Security Clearance
Willingness to apply for Security Check (SC) clearance is required. Candidates must have resided continuously in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years and meet SC eligibility criteria.
