Investigo have partnered with one of the largest global organisations in the search for a Senior Finance Lead for a newly created division to ensure the business stays at the forefront of technology and AI implementation across the business.
This role requires individuals to have a strong background in finance change and transformation with a proven track record within a global organisation in business partnering with senior stakeholders, C-suite and executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement an assurance framework that aligns the organisations objectives and digital transformation goals to measure both short-term and long-term financial benefits
- Agree performance metrics to measure the value generated from investments
- Offer expert financial advice and insights on both operational and strategic decisions
- Be an active leader in challenging and uniting multiple stakeholders and pulling ideas and solutions together quickly in a rapidly growing division
- Operate as leader for the division in making key decisions around priority investments and operating model decisions
Key Requirements
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualified accountant with relevant post qualified experience
- Working knowledge within large global organisation
- Significant experience in leadership position driving transformation and change successfully
- Excellent business partnering experience in working with and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to define, set and uphold KPIs that drive strong performance
