Senior Financial Accountant – Infrastructure | £85,000 + Bonus & Benefits | London (Hybrid)
Are you a technically strong qualified accountant looking for a high-impact role within a growing infrastructure business? We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the sector who are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their London finance team.

The Role
As Senior Financial Accountant, you will:
- Lead on the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and SOX
- Manage the statutory audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Take ownership of technical accounting matters, providing insight and guidance to senior stakeholders
- Oversee balance sheet controls, reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies
- Support business transformation initiatives and process improvement projects within finance
- Mentor and support junior members of the finance team
About You
We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), ideally trained in a top-tier practice, with post-qualified experience in industry. You’ll bring:
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS essential)
- Experience in statutory reporting, consolidations, and financial controls
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong analytical skills
- Infrastructure, construction, or asset-heavy sector experience is advantageous but not essential
