This is a unique opportunity for someone who can both provide expert financial advice to clients and lead a talented team of advisers to success.As a Senior Financial Adviser & Team Lead, you\'ll combine your passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals with your ability to inspire and manage a team. You\'ll play a key role in shaping their financial advisory services, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving team performance.Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide tailored financial advice to a portfolio of clients, covering investments, pensions, insurance, and other financial planning areas.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial advisers to achieve individual and team targets.Oversee compliance and regulatory standards across the team\'s activities.Drive business development and client acquisition strategies.Collaborate with senior management to shape strategic direction and improve advisory processes.Do you have the following to apply?Minimum Level 4 qualified and ideally Chartered or close to achieving.Proven experience delivering high-quality financial advice to clients.Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within a financial services environment.Due to the high volume of applications received we are unable to respond to everyone directly.
