Senior Fleet Mid-Market Underwriter
Location: Hybrid – South East Regional Offices

A leading UK commercial insurer is seeking an experienced Senior Fleet Mid-Market Underwriter to join their Commercial team. The successful candidate will underwrite and manage mid-market fleet insurance portfolios, build strong relationships with brokers, and contribute to profitable business growth. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite mid-market fleet accounts accurately and profitably.
• Develop and maintain strong trading relationships with brokers.
• Support the acquisition of new business opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on account monitoring and market analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent underwriting practices.

Qualifications

• Commercial awareness and ability to build broker relationships.
• Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
