This role is critical in supporting the CFO and wider business with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with Regional Heads across the Group, offering financial insight and guidance to support strategic decision-making.**Budgeting & Forecasting*** Assist the CFO with the annual budget process and regular forecast submissions, ensuring robust financial planning across all regions.* Provide detailed financial support and analysis to Regional Heads during budget cycles, acting as a key liaison between Group Finance and operational teams.**Financial Reporting & Analysis*** Prepare the Monthly Business Review (MBR) pack, delivering insightful commentary on key variances between actuals, budget, and forecast.* Partner with teams to ensure meaningful analysis of financial results, focusing on trends, risks, and opportunities.**Data Management & BI Tools*** Own the relationship between Power BI (Vendor Reporting) and the underlying financial data.* Investigate and articulate financial variances, ensuring accuracy and alignment between operational reporting and finance systems.**Cashflow & Working Capital*** Support the CFO in delivering all Group cashflow reporting obligations.* Assist in initiatives to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), working with regional teams to drive working capital efficiency.**Multi-Year Billing & Revenue Recognition*** Establish and maintain reporting related to Multi-Year Billing, assessing its impact on revenue, cashflow, and wider Group performance.**Operational Expenditure Oversight*** Review and analyse monthly Operating Expenditure (Opex) across regions, including personnel cost tracking and variance analysis.* Collaborate with HR and operational teams to monitor and challenge cost drivers.**Ad Hoc & Project Reporting*** Deliver ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as required by the CFO and Group leadership.* Support ongoing process improvement and system optimisation initiatives within Finance.** Qualifications and Experience*** CIMA/ACCA/ACA* Previous experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis or Commercial Finance role.* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting principles.* Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets. · Experience working with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and financial systems. · Demonstrable experience using Hyperion, OneStream or other similar group reporting platforms* Previous experience working in a similar analytical or financial planning role is required**Personal Attributes****Data-driven:** Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.**Personable:** Confident communicator, able to engage effectively across functions and geographies.**Hands-on:** Comfortable rolling up sleeves to get things done in a dynamic environment.**Inquisitive & Curious:** Naturally asks questions and seeks to understand the “why” behind the numbers.**Proactive:** Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.**Resilience:** Ability to handle multiple information requests/workstreams.**Desirable*** Prior experience in a multi-country or group reporting environment.* Understanding of subscription or multi-year billing models.* Multi country and multi currency.If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply!
