Senior FP&A Manager

This position is based in Bulgaria, Germany, and the UK with remote/hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and consolidation of the annual operating budget and multi-year financial forecasts.
• Partner with department heads to gather budget inputs, provide financial guidance, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis of actual financial results against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and providing explanations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for the VP, FP&A, CFO, and other senior management.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in budgeting and forecasting processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
• Analyze key financial metrics and trends to provide proactive insights and recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by the FP&A team or executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong emphasis on budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven experience as an individual contributor managing complex financial models and processes.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and financial modeling best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets and present clear conclusions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for advanced financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
