Work directly with data scientists and AI engineers on enterprise-scale AI and machine learning products. Build production-ready applications that leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Hybrid flexibility: 3 days per week in either London, Cambridge, or Bristol, 2 from home. What you'll be doing:
Designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end components of complex web applications. Collaborating with product owners, designers, and data teams to deliver user-friendly, high-performance tools. Implementing cloud-based solutions and managing DevOps processes for seamless deployment. Working in an agile team, contributing to sprints, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement. Staying up to date with AI/ML and LLM trends to bring innovative ideas into production. Ensuring code quality through testing, documentation, and peer review.
What we're looking for:
4+ years' experience building enterprise-grade applications. Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI, Flask) with experience designing APIs and integrating databases (e.g. GraphDB, CosmosDB, SQL). Solid frontend development skills in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience developing scalable, cloud-based solutions - Azure preferred. Understanding of modern development best practices, including agile delivery, CI/CD, and automated testing. Passion for emerging tech and willingness to learn Generative AI and LLM technologies (e.g. OpenAI, Claude).
Nice-to-haves:
Experience working in or with legal tech, consulting, or data-driven environments. Familiarity with UX design principles and the ability to prototype interfaces. Experience managing deployments or infrastructure automation.
