Location: London & Birmingham (Fully remote with occasional travel)

Are you a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant looking to make a real impact in digital transformation? Join a leading Microsoft Partner that’s driving innovation across the UK and Nordic regions, working closely with end users to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations across multiple sectors.
• Collaborating with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Working across major CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
• Proven track record of delivering successful CE projects in complex environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across multiple CE modules – ideally all major ones.
• Sector experience in membership organisations is highly desirable.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
