We're Looking for an A-Player Google Ads Account Manager to Lead and Scale Client Accounts
Are you an experienced Google Ads specialist ready to take full ownership of client performance and help build something exceptional?

We’re looking for someone who knows how to drive results, scale accounts, and lead end-to-end, not just execute tasks.
You’ll manage strategy, client communication, and optimisation across a portfolio of B2B, SaaS, and lead generation accounts. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in refining and scaling our Google Ads performance systems.
This is a high-responsibility, high-trust, high-reward role. You’ll have full autonomy, clear accountability, and the opportunity to make a real impact — with a competitive compensation structure ranging from $50k to $100k/year, based on performance.

What We're Looking For:
We're not hiring a media buyer to push buttons. We're hiring someone to own performance, lead strategy, and scale accounts profitably.
You should:
- Have 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads (ideally 5+)
- Have scaled B2B, SaaS, or lead gen accounts, and know how to work with both large and small budgets
- Know how to spot account issues early and implement clear, strategic fixes
- Be fluent in GA4, GTM, offline conversion tracking, and CRM integrations
- Communicate clearly via Slack, Loom, and Airtable
- Take initiative when something’s unclear

- Full-time, fully remote
- Own a portfolio of 7-10 client accounts
- Lead campaign builds, weekly planning, and KPI tracking
- Report clearly and honestly
- Work directly with the founder to shape and scale delivery systems
