Senior Recruitment Consultant ⭐️ Head of Digital Marketing ⭐️

Job Role: Senior Growth Marketing Executive

Location: London (West End) – Hybrid

Salary: Up to £50k DOE

We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer to own Affiliate, Display, and emerging channels for a fast-growing and exciting direct-to-consumer brand.

You’ll take the lead on strategy, execution, and optimisation, working closely with creative, data, and product teams to drive new customer growth. This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to test, learn, and make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Affiliates, Display, and new channels.
• Hit acquisition and CPA targets while scaling performance.
• Build relationships with agencies, publishers, and partners.
• Track results and deliver clear, actionable reporting.
• Collaborate with creatives to produce high-performing ad content.
• Test new opportunities to expand reach and grow revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years’ experience in growth or performance marketing (affiliate experience is essential).
• Strong analytical mindset – comfortable with data and reporting tools (GA4, Looker, Shopify).
• Proactive, curious, and ready to take ownership.
• Experience with TikTok or other paid social platforms is a plus.
