Our client is a highly successful, growing organisation with a great culture and solid plans for long‑term growth. In order to help their overall vision and goal they are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Report into the People Director and partner a specific business area. This role requires a strategic, commercial, and innovative individual who is passionate about driving results and ultimately enabling the organisation to achieve its strategic goals and vision, whilst aligning with its purpose.
• Lead a small team to devise and cascade all people‑related initiatives, including learning & development, talent management, succession planning and performance management.
• Promote effective ways of working and continuous improvement to enable delivery of targets, with particular emphasis on attracting and developing talent, employee engagement and developing organisational capability.

Qualifications

• Highly experienced, strategically focused HR Business Partner with experience of partnering at executive level within a fast‑paced, multisite, customer‑focused organisation.
• Strategic, commercial and innovative, driven to achieve results that align with the organisation’s vision.
