What you'll do
You'll be the backbone of our advice operations process:
- Run adviser diaries, book reviews and prepare documents.
- Manage applications, trades and platform updates end-to-end.
- Communicate with clients professionally and proactively.
- Support with research, illustrations and review letters.
- Keep cases moving, pipelines clear and processes improving.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an IFA or Financial Planning Administrator.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to juggle priorities.
- A supportive, team-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
- Up to £40,000+ depending on experience.
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays, plus office closure at Christmas.
- Fully remote, hybrid, or office-based (HQ in North Yorkshire).
- Expenses covered for HQ visits (training, meetings, events).
- All IT equipment provided.
- Paraplanning Pathway: Gain exposure to technical work, research, and report writing with full exam support if you're working toward qualifications.
Additional Information
Remote employees attend HQ in North Yorkshire for their first week and periodically/occasionally for training, team meetings or events.
