Senior Information Coordinator

We're looking for a Senior Information Co-ordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team for our Thames Water framework.

Hybrid working, from home and office at Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced Senior Information Co-ordinator to focus on adopting our information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards, particularly ISO 19650, and helping to deliver client requirements. The role involves identifying errors during quality assurance and maintaining awareness of the golden thread and related requirements.

Your day-to-day will include:

  1. Contributing to the development of standards, protocols, templates, forms, processes, and manuals in collaboration with the Information Manager.
  2. Implementing our Digital by Default strategy for information management, including systems and processes for the CDE across managed projects.
  3. Seeking feedback from project teams on CDE usage and communicating insights to management.
  4. Supporting audits and compliance reports for live projects, working with project teams to address corrective actions.
  5. Providing training sessions to enable information coordinators and project teams to effectively use the CDE and related courses.

What are we looking for?

This role is ideal if you:

  1. Have experience working with large volumes of data and information from various sources.
  2. Understand practical document control procedures, including workflows, change control, and change management.
  3. Can demonstrate the ability to deliver BS 1192 standards across projects.
  4. Are proficient in managing EDMS configured to CDE principles, with Viewpoint for Projects preferred.
  5. Have experience communicating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors, and educating stakeholders on CDE protocols.
