Overview

Enterprise Integration Architect Overview On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Architect to define, govern, and enhance their enterprise integration platforms. This role will ensure integration activities are aligned with best practices in data governance, platform scalability, and business strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with product, data, and technology teams to deliver secure, resilient, and high-quality integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish standards for data management, data quality, and governance across integration activities, in collaboration with the client's enterprise data governance function.
  • Partner with product management teams to align integration platform capabilities with business strategy, portfolio priorities, and demand.
  • Drive quality, speed, scalability, and best practices in integration technologies across the client's enterprise landscape.
  • Define and govern integration architecture standards, frameworks, and patterns to support enterprise-wide interoperability.
  • Provide architectural oversight to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
  • Support delivery teams in adopting integration platforms, ensuring smooth onboarding of new business initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in enterprise integration architecture, with strong expertise in event-driven and API-led design.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, quality standards, and life cycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of scalable integration technologies (eg, API gateways, Kafka, cloud-native platforms).
  • Experience collaborating with product and business stakeholders to align technology with strategy.
  • Familiarity with integration best practices, frameworks, and governance models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud integration platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, schema registries, and data lineage tools.
  • Certifications in enterprise or integration architecture (eg, TOGAF, MuleSoft).
