Senior IT Analyst - Synergy Specialist - £500 PD. Are you an experienced IT professional with specialist knowledge of Synergy? We're looking for a Senior IT Analyst to play a key role in our Synergy Improvement Programme, driving platform enhancements and ensuring it delivers real impact across our organisation. Salary up to £500 PD, Inside IR35 up to £500 PD (Inside IR35) on a 3-6-month contract. Fully remote (occasional travel to Merton, London).

This is an exciting time to join as we lead major projects, including the move from Orchestra to Wonde and migrating from a shared hosting platform to a dedicated hosted solution.

What you\'ll be doing

• Providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for Synergy.
• Leading the development, configuration, and integration of Synergy modules.
• Working with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.
• Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across the platform.
• Collaborating with The Access Group and external partners to support ongoing system evolution.

• Proven experience in Synergy support and development.
• Strong understanding of education case management processes.
• Technical skills in system integration, configuration, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• A proactive approach to driving system improvements and stakeholder engagement.
