Lawyer with Planning expertise sought for a Lexcel Accredited, award-winning law firm based in Bedfordshire on a permanent basis. Responsibilities

• Planning guidance
• Advising on multi-agency projects
• Large scale developments
• Highways
• Conducting negotiations with third parties
• Compulsory purchase
• Planning consents
• Enforcements
• Building and maintaining client relationships

The Candidate

• Solicitors, Legal Executives and Barristers with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• Experience in planning and/or highways law is essential for this role
• Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic
• IT literate with expertise using Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and/or experience within local authority is highly advantageous
• Is personable, self-motivated and client-focused
