Established Public Sector Law Firm in Bedfordshire are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to work on a full-time, hybrid basis. The firm offers enhanced pension, generous holiday allowance, condensed working arrangements plus more.Based in Bedfordshire but with the possibility of working at one of the firms’ other offices in Northamptonshire or Cambridgeshire, this is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to utilise their Commercial and Residential Property skills within a busy team. You will have a client-focusedapproach and handle a wide range of Property matters within a Public Sector capacity.The successful Lawyer will assist a range of public sector and not for profit clients with a professional and innovative legal service regarding mainly commercial property and regeneration. Occasional travel to other offices across the country may be required.ResponsibilitiesHandling own caseload of predominantly commercial & residential property and regeneration mattersEnsuring complianceProjects involving multiple agencies and client interests, including the third sector and charitable organisationsRepresenting clients in negotiations and discussions with third partiesTime recording and billingBusiness development and marketingSupervising, training and mentoring junior staffTravelling to other offices across the county may be requiredThe CandidateSolicitors, Legal Executives and Barristers with at least 2 years’ PQESolid experience in property and regeneration is essentialHas excellent client care and communication skillsIT proficient, with great attention to detailsDemonstrates a flair for business development and networkingThe FirmOur client is a highly regarded law firm specialising in the public sector.
