Overview

Arbuthnot Yon are working with a leading business seeking to appoint a Commercial Lawyer for a period of 4 - 6 months on a fixed term contract. Hybrid role. Applications will be considered on a full time or 4 day per week basis.

Responsibilities

• Advising on, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts from procurement to customer facing supply and outsourcing agreements.
• Involvement in information technology contracts and projects and data privacy.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, including commercial teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial contract experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and senior partners.

Contract details

Start in September/October. Applications on a full-time or 4 day per week equivalent basis. You will need to be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
