Senior In-House Legal Recruiter – Financial Services and Data Privacy

A leading international group is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. This is a broad and high‑impact role offering exposure to a wide range of legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on the UK and Crown Dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice across areas including fiduciary services, litigation, company law, employment, regulatory compliance, data protection, funds, and M&A.
- Draft and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage legal risk and support business growth.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
- Deliver legal training and maintain awareness of legislative changes.
- Support commercial and compliance teams in developing service offerings.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate and 8+ years PQE, ideally gained in an international law firm or in‑house environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality, commercial legal advice across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing junior legal professionals.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
