Iceberg Consulting, in partnership with a prominent global organization in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sector, is seeking an English-qualified Commercial Lawyer for a two-month full-time contract with an immediate start date of 24 November. The client may consider transitioning this role to a permanent in-house position.

The Role: Commercial In-House Counsel

You will serve as a key legal advisor to the business, handling a diverse range of operational and transactional matters.

• Focus: Core commercial legal support for a multinational life sciences company.
• Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial contracts (e.g., procurement, supply, service, and collaboration agreements).
• Advisory: Providing timely, pragmatic legal counsel to internal business teams to manage risk and enable commercial objectives across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Qualification: Must be a qualified solicitor.
• Experience: Proven experience in a commercial legal role, ideally gained in-house or through extensive client-facing work within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or highly regulated industries.
• Availability: Must be available to commit to a full-time schedule and a start date of November 24.
• Location: The role is fully remote.
