Base pay range

Opportunity to work fully remotely in the UK. Our client are looking for a commercially minded lawyer to join their collaborative legal team and lead on complex legal matters across the insurance landscape.

This is a high-impact role where your specialist knowledge will help shape how we operate, manage risk, and stay ahead of regulatory developments.

Candidates can work fully remotely or alternatively attend office locations in Haywards Heath or Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice across the Group, with a focus on insurance law, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts
• Lead negotiations and draft agreements related to insurance distribution, underwriting, claims, and financial services
• Supporting broker and distribution activities
• Advising on company law and broader corporate governance issues
• Collaborating with the Group General Counsel and deputising when needed
• Mentoring junior legal professionals and promoting knowledge-sharing across the business
