Overview
We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team and build cutting-edge legal solutions for some of the world’s largest law firms. You will leverage deep expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and large language model (LLM) agents to push the boundaries of legal technology. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate advanced NLP techniques into our products.
What You’ll Do
- Innovative NLP Research: Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art NLP methodologies and large language model approaches to drive product innovation and develop new functionalities.
- LLM Agents & Multi-Agent Systems: Design, develop, and deploy LLM agents and multi-agent systems to automate complex legal workflows and enhance user experiences.
- Advanced Technology Integration: Collaborate on projects that leverage emerging technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Knowledge Graphs to enhance core products and explore new use cases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models and NLP solutions into the platform, aligning with business objectives and delivering tangible value.
- Strategic Innovation: Stay current with NLP, ML, and multi-agent system trends and contribute ideas that shape the strategic direction of AI initiatives.
What You Bring
- Machine Learning & NLP Expertise: Strong understanding of ML and NLP with relevant commercial experience in building and deploying NLP solutions.
- Cloud & Containerization: Experience with AWS and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactivity & Continuous Improvement: Proactive in identifying problems, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement while building scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
- LLM Agents & Multi-Agent Systems: Proven experience designing, deploying, and scaling LLM agents and multi-agent systems to enhance NLP capabilities and automate complex workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience with knowledge graphs such as Neo4j
- Experience optimizing graph database performance and ensuring scalability of graph-based solutions
- Experience with LangGraph for Agentic Systems
