The role:

You’ll be leading the design, deployment, and optimisation of machine learning models across areas like credit risk, fraud detection, and personalised recommendations. Beyond the hands-on technical work, you’ll also mentor junior engineers, influence architecture decisions, and help align ML delivery with business goals.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering ML models into production (ideally at scale).
• Strong Python skills, with exposure to modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of MLOps – CI/CD, containerisation, orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• A product mindset – you care about impact, not just models.
• Bonus: exposure to fintech or highly regulated domains.
