About the Role

Join our Group in transforming finance for good. As part of Business & Commercial Banking's Lending & Working Capital Chief Controls Office, you'll lead control management processes, support risk mitigation, and influence strategic priorities to ensure safe and compliant delivery of products and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the Chief Controls Office efforts within the LWC platform, ensuring delivery of control initiatives and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with platform leads and manage teams on specific initiatives, deputising for the Head of LWC CCO when needed.
• Prioritise platform investments considering regulatory obligations and control environment improvements.
• Act as a control SME, proactively identify risks, and support broader control planning and decision-making.
• Build effective collaborations across the Group, monitor risk parameters, and ensure compliance with regulations.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for individuals with:

• Strategic thinking, leadership, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in delivering Control by Design and managing risks across customer journeys.
• Understanding of Risk Management Frameworks, BCB products, and data analytics techniques.
