We’re searching for a Senior Manager Financial Reporting to join the International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business. In this role you will be responsible for setting up and managing the monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial statement closing and global consolidation processes for a newly created joint venture. You will help shape a new global leader backed by Kimberly‑Clark and Suzano.
Position Purpose
Responsible for setting up and managing the financial statement closing and consolidation processes under both US GAAP and IFRS for a newly created joint venture. The role will lead projects such as implementation of new accounting standards, system integrations, and coordination with Global Business Services’ Management Information Delivery and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and deliver the new JV’s monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and consolidation requirements, including new processes, procedures and HFM set‑up.
- Lead delivery of the JV’s financial reporting and consolidation on a monthly, quarterly, annual and ad‑hoc basis.
- Ensure accurate, complete and timely analysis and reporting to internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain a robust understanding of the underlying accounting systems and their interface with the HFM consolidation system, providing regular education to the team and business partners.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and improve efficiency and internal controls.
- Initiate and lead key projects that support the strategic direction of the JV and its partners.
- Conduct accounting research and provide guidance on technical accounting matters including application of the Corporate Financial Instructions.
- Coordinate the preparation, review and dissemination of key reports to customers.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation and policies to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial controls.
- Provide business knowledge and problem‑solving capabilities to support financial statement analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Lead accounting and reporting related initiatives such as adoption of new accounting standards and accounting for acquisitions and divestitures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience in global multinational corporations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set up a new department.
- Expert knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, Sarbanes‑Oxley, US GAAP and IFRS.
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability through change.
- Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm and US GAAP / IFRS.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities and excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
- Customer‑orientation and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Degree with ACA qualification from a Big 4 firm.
- Knowledge of SAP and HFM required.
