We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and elevate our operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting and executing the operational strategy in alignment with the company’s overarching goals. You will play a key role in driving process excellence, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless delivery across all operational functions to support business growth in the dynamic software resale market.


Key responsibilities will include

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an operations strategy aligned with the company's vision and long-term objectives
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement best-in-class operational processes and systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs, ensuring that operational targets are met and reporting regularly on performance to the Head of Services and Sale Operations and senior leadership
  • Vendor Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring seamless integration into operational workflows and compliance with internal standards
  • Tier 3 Vendor Management: Manage ongoing tier 3 vendor relationships to ensure service quality, performance tracking, and strategic alignment with business needs


Your Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience Operations Management and 3 years in leadership
  • Proven experience in a senior operational role within a B2B technology or software resale/distribution environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities with a track record of aligning team objectives with company goals
  • Demonstrable experience managing and developing teams
  • In-depth understanding of business operations, process design, and systems integration
