We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Senior ME – MDP Facilities,
Reporting to the ME Manager – MDP Operations and Facilities the Senior ME – MDP Facilities will play a pivotal role in planning and delivery of operational facilities and associated resource solutions to enable demonstration activities within the Modularisation Development Programme (MDP) to be completed. Initially responsibilities will focus on delivery of an MEP module assembly and test capability and an operational site capable of supporting delivery of frame stacking and alignment demonstration activities. The Senior ME – MDP Facilities will collaborate with a cross functional team to deliver these facilities ensuring they are equipped, resourced and operational in line with MDP requirements.
The role key selection criteria are:
- A proactive, positive attitude, with the desire and ability to learn fast, challenge conventional thinking and make a difference.
- The ability to model strong and positive safety behaviours and to instil it in others, including respectfully challenging others and taking the initiative to build a strong safety culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams at all levels as well as with suppliers and customers.
- Proven ability to define, plan, monitor and control projects, programmes and work packages, ensuring the work is delivered to cost, quality and schedule.
We anticipate paying a salary of between £48,000 - £62,500 DOE plus:-
- Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5%
- Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
- Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
- Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
- Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
- Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
- £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases
