Senior Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager Join ClickTech for a role as Senior Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics and Insights to own, interpret, and evangelize the data layer of our marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, content, and performance, acting as the critical link that helps the team track, optimise, and scale what’s working. You’ll work closely with the CMO, Head of Marketing, Senior Manager of Paid Media, and Product teams to improve visibility across the entire funnel—from lead generation and acquisition, through trial, subscription, and retention. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional technical skills, a commercial mindset, and a genuine passion for converting deep-dive analysis into material performance improvements. What You’ll Be Responsible For Data Infrastructure & Tracking
Own the full marketing data stack—tracking, attribution, dashboards, and reporting tools. Design and implement scalable data models that support full-funnel visibility and attribution (traffic > lead > trial > subscriber > LTV). Work with Product and Engineering to improve tracking implementation (GA4, Segment, GTM, UTMs, custom events, CRM integrations).
Analytics & Insights
Design, build, and maintain real‑time, actionable dashboards (using tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.) that track and visualise key marketing KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, trial‑to‑paid, retention, channel ROI, and funnel conversion. Serve as the primary voice of performance; provide ongoing strategic insights to the CMO and Head of Marketing on performance trends, growth gaps, revenue opportunities, and budgetary risks. Run proactive, deep‑deep cohort and channel analyses to uncover the ‘why’ behind performance shifts and deliver concrete recommendations for smarter budget allocation and campaign optimisation. Develop models and frameworks to evaluate campaign performance, attribution logic, and cohort behaviour. Work closely with the Senior Manager of Paid Media to analyse top‑performing campaigns and provide feedback to creative and channel teams. Actively train and enable marketing team members (e.g., Paid Media Managers, Content Leads) on how to interpret and draw conclusions from the dashboards. Partner with Lifecycle and Product Marketing teams to evaluate funnel health, onboarding performance and customer retention. Provide performance data to creative teams to inform new angles, hooks, and messaging strategies. Help define and enforce data standards across marketing (UTM conventions, naming structures, segmentation logic). Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor campaigns to inform our positioning and go‑to‑market strategies. Build lightweight competitor benchmarking and share insights regularly with key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
4‑5+ years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or growth analytics roles (ideally in high‑volume SaaS, EdTech, or subscription‑based businesses). Proficient with data analytics tools: GA4, GTM, Segment, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, SQL, Excel/Sheets, etc. Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, customer acquisition funnels, retention/churn, and LTV. Mastery of quantitative performance analysis: deep expertise in attribution models (multi‑touch, time decay), cohort analysis, A/B testing methodology (statistical significance), and the ability to translate complex data into clear, narrative insights for executive stakeholders. Comfortable working cross‑functionally across marketing, product, design, and leadership. Self‑driven and commercially curious—capable of uncovering the why and confidently recommending the next steps to move business impact. Experience with marketing automation tools, data enrichment, and CRM integrations.
What You’ll Get
A senior role in one of the UK’s fastest‑growing AI‑powered SaaS + EdTech ecosystems. Competitive salary + performance‑based bonus. Remote‑first culture with flexible working. Access to a Health Cash Plan and Mental Health First Aiders. Salary‑sacrifice company pension scheme. Company‑funded social events. Company performance‑related bonus.
