Senior Marketing Manager

Overview
Solo, hands‑on marketing role responsible for our RedmillAdvance.com and Zing365.co.uk brands
Full‑time | Location: Remote with occasional visits to our Edinburgh and Bristol offices
Kinrock is a leading digital & live corporate training solutions company (Content‑as‑a‑Service / e‑learning).
Mission: To raise standards within the financial services sector via high‑quality training & development solutions.
Who you are
- Ambitious and resourceful: Driven by growth and creativity, with a genuine desire to solve complex marketing challenges in B2B in a solo role (first in‑house marketing hire)
- ABM expertise: Skilled in designing and executing full‑funnel ABM programs (content, events, webinars, conferences, dinners) that break through in high‑friction, SaaS‑like markets—where buying cycles are long, stakeholders are many, and differentiation is key
- Commercial mindset: A natural focus on competitive dynamics and how we are going to beat the competition. Equally comfortable discussing pipeline metrics, ROI, and CAC as you are testing, measuring, and iterating campaigns
- Growth storytelling: Able to turn technical or niche learning content into compelling narratives that build awareness and trust
- Cross‑functional leadership: Confident collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Product to align brand strategy with measurable pipeline impact, motivating and energising your colleagues in the process
- Lead nurturing skills: Experienced using HubSpot (or similar) to create automated workflows and personalised sequences that turn awareness into conversion
- Travel: A willingness to visit our offices in Edinburgh and Bristol several times per year and to join the sales teams occasionally at events or conferences as appropriate
- HubSpot proficiency: Deep understanding of contact management, lead scoring, automation, and reporting
- Basic design skills: Comfortable with Canva or similar tools for quick‑turn content creation
- Webflow familiarity: Able to make basic content and conversion‑optimisation updates, including landing pages
- Relevant sector experience: Exposure to SaaS, EdTech, or Professional Services, with an understanding of high‑consideration B2B journeys
What the job involves
- Design and run ABM campaigns: Build targeted programs that engage key accounts through multi‑channel content, personalised outreach, and nurturing across email, LinkedIn, and events
- Drive demand generation: Combine thought leadership, case studies, and educational content to attract, engage, and convert across audience segments
- Enhance brand positioning: Collaborate with the Kinrock, Zing365, and Redmill Advance teams to deliver cohesive messaging and a unified growth narrative
- Collaborate for impact: Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify target accounts, co‑create outreach strategies, and continuously optimise funnel performance
- Measure and optimise: Monitor key metrics weekly, analyse insights, and adapt campaigns to drive sustained ARR growth
- Own the function: As our first marketing hire in a hands‑on, solo role, we will be relying on you to set up the function and build it for long‑term success
