Overview
The client is a fast-growing RegTech company specialising in AML, KYC, and compliance solutions tailored to multiple industries. As a business in its scale-up phase, they are known for their innovation and adaptability in a competitive market. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the marketing function and drive organic growth, digital strategy, and brand development to support their global ambitions.
The Role
The Senior Marketing Manager will report to senior leadership and develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. The role balances strategic planning with hands-on implementation, delivering campaigns that improve lead generation, organic growth, and brand presence in the RegTech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience within the RegTech industry.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, optimized website performance, and enhanced user journeys to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies to ensure campaigns align with objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Create and oversee a content marketing plan, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies, to establish thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design targeted campaigns and provide supporting collateral that strengthens lead generation and nurturing.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Zoho, leveraging insights to make data-driven improvements.
- Identify opportunities for event participation, awards submissions, and branding initiatives to enhance visibility.
- Work with internal teams including product, UI/UX, and sales to ensure marketing aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies proactively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in a senior B2B marketing role, ideally within the RegTech industry.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, analytics, and lead generation.
- Track record of creating and executing strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Zoho, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce impactful marketing materials.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
