Senior Marketing & Sales Strategy Manager | Global Tech


Are you a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and loves shaping the future of digital products? We’re seeking a Senior Marketing & Sales Strategy Manager to lead go-to-channel efforts and drive category growth across global markets.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in defining how we bring innovative digital content and products to market—combining customer insights, path-to-purchase analysis, and multi-channel alignment to accelerate sales velocity and maximize impact.


The Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £90,000 - £95,000 pa
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite at Central London office
  • Role will start on a 12-month contract

The Role:

  • Design and implement go-to-channel (GTC) strategies to drive product adoption and sales performance
  • Conduct comprehensive path-to-purchase and customer behavior analysis
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey through data-driven insights
  • Define and align annual and lifetime sales goals across all sales channels
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are resourced and equipped for successful product launches
  • Build feedback mechanisms to ensure customer needs are integrated into product and marketing strategy
  • Apply market research and data to identify sales opportunities and guide investments
  • Partner with sales leaders at global and regional levels to create unified sales strategies
  • Align regional initiatives with global category plans and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and market differentiation


What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years in sales strategy, category management, or go-to-market roles in digital content/products
  • Proficiency in Google Suite—especially Sheets, Slides, and Docs for storytelling and analysis
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume projects and stakeholder requests
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives from data
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for customer-centric strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degrees are welcome but not required)
