An incredible opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join an leading team of nuclear specialists at the forefront of sustainable solutions where you will have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll manage the delivery of engineering and technical activities, through the application of process, domain knowledge and experience.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective management of the customer, including liaison and relationship development with existing and new customers.

This role is full–time, 37 hours per week and is based in either of our Warrington or Leicester sites. This role provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

• Ensure procedures, codes and standards are correctly identified and applied to engineering and technical activities.
• Contribute to Project Safety Assessment process.
• Ensure task and project risks are communicated and managed appropriately.
• Produce, review and approve calculations, analyses, drawings, models, design basis documentation and technical reportsas assigned.

• Nuclear experience is not a requirement; we welcome applications from all engineering backgrounds.
• Experience in working collaboratively in multi–disciplined teams to deliver activities on a range of project types.
• Demonstrable experience in covering a variety of tasks across a range of complexities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interface with other disciplines.
• Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, or equivalent experience in relevant engineering discipline, with significant demonstrable experience.
