Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in national Discounter accounts
  • Lead negotiations on trading terms, promotional activities, and new product listings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of commercial initiatives
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to senior management

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in managing major retail accounts in the UK FMCG sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
