ITP is partnering with a top 5 US toy company to hire a Senior National Account Manager. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of key discounter accounts – driving sales growth and long-term partnerships with some of the fastest-moving retailers in the UK.

Are you an experienced National Account Manager with a passion for toys? Do you have a track record managing major UK discounter retailers like B&M, Home Bargains, or similar?

This is a rare opportunity to join a global toy leader and make a real impact across the UK discounter channel.

What you’ll do:

  • Take full responsibility for major UK discounter accounts, including B&M and Home Bargains
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Lead product launches, seasonal promotions, and merchandising initiatives
  • Forecast sales, manage stock levels, and support supply chain efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and licensing teams to align on campaigns and ranges
  • Manage promotional budgets to maximise ROI
  • Represent the company at trade events and retail meetings
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture

About you:

  • Proven National / Senior National Account Manager experience in toys, gifting, or licensed consumer goods
  • Strong experience managing discounter or high-volume retail accounts
  • Commercially savvy with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the UK retail landscape and fast-moving toy/licensed categories
  • Team player with a collaborative, proactive mindset
