The Role
- Develop and grow the Tesco partnership as a Senior National Account Manager (SNAM).
- Leverage commercial acumen and strategic thinking to create win‑win relationships and unlock new commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and cross‑functional teams (Category, Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain) to deliver strategic customer relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
- Senior National Account Manager with proven experience managing UK grocery retailer accounts, preferably Tesco, in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
- Expertise in private‑label portfolio management, profit and cost control, commercial campaigns and promotional activities.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, excellent numeracy and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently while engaging effectively with wider teams.
- Proactive, results‑oriented, and able to thrive under pressure while seizing growth opportunities.
