Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key customer accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic business plans to grow accounts, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of client requirements and expectations, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, ideally in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of driving growth in key accounts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues and negotiations.

Location

Flexible, with travel to key client sites as required.
