Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day management of client requirements and expectations, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, ideally in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving growth in key accounts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage shifting priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues and negotiations.
