We are recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager (Senior Associate) to join our Secured Lender Services team in Bristol. This is a full-time permanent role working on a hybrid basis.

Your Role

You will be responsible for managing operational needs of core and additional client teams, supporting strategic planning, resolving client queries, ensuring compliance with risk processes, resource management, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment. Your duties include budget management, operational performance optimization, implementing change initiatives, client management, risk management, team leadership, recruitment, training, and development.

Your Skills and Experience

Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), with experience in operations, team leadership, client relationship management, and a proactive, analytical mindset.
