About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of managers in our busy, dynamic Transfers Team on a 12-month fixed term basis.

As a Senior Operations Manager you will lead, coach and motivate a medium-sized Service delivery function to deliver outstanding client, business and colleague outcomes. You will role model the Hargreaves Lansdown values and own the performance of the given area (people, process, risks).

This will be a two-stage interview process and will include both competency-based questions and a presentation.

Salary

The salary for this role will be up to £50,000, plus competitive benefits.

Working schedule

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, working full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. F or this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.
