The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Oracle FCCS implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Working as part of a specialist EPM consulting team, the role offers the chance to work on varied projects, including new implementations, system enhancements, and integration work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to the delivery of Oracle FCCS implementations and support engagements
• Engage with finance stakeholders to understand consolidation, reporting, and compliance needs
• Translate business requirements into effective system design and configuration
• Conduct solution workshops, system testing, and user training
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data flows between FCCS and other systems
• Produce functional documentation and maintain project governance standards
• Maintain awareness of updates and changes within the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience delivering Oracle FCCS projects in a consulting or internal project environment
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes, statutory reporting, and intercompany eliminations
• Experience configuring metadata, data forms, business rules, and dashboards within FCCS
• Working knowledge of Oracle Smart View, Data Management (FDMEE/DM), and EPM Automate
• Ability to interpret and communicate finance requirements clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience across the Oracle EPM Cloud suite is advantageous, particularly with complementary tools such as ARCS, EPBCS, or EDMCS
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

This position is open to candidates based in the UK who have the right to work without sponsorship. The role is remote-first, with flexibility expected for occasional in-person client meetings or internal sessions as necessary.
