We’re Nonsensical, the UK’s leading TikTok agency. This role is for someone who lives and breathes paid social.

You’ll manage the paid side of TikTok (and sometimes Meta) for a range of big-name clients—from planning and launching, through to optimising and reporting on campaigns that actually convert. You’ll work with our creative teams to turn scroll-stopping ideas into performance-led campaigns, guide brands through TikTok Shop, and build paid strategies that connect with influencer partnerships and live streams.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead on accounts – own paid social strategy and execution across TikTok Ads & Meta.
• Be the client go-to – build strong relationships and be the trusted paid media lead.
• Collaborate with creatives – help shape and brief content that converts, from spark ads to live streams.
• Grow TikTok Shop accounts – plan and optimise paid activity that drives GMV, from product boosts to affiliate partnerships.
• Optimise performance – spot trends, track metrics, and keep campaigns delivering.
• Manage budgets and media plans – keep paid media spends tight and efficient.
• Work on influencer campaigns – support campaigns big and small, tying creator activity into paid.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of paid social experience, with a strong track record on TikTok Ads.
• A deep understanding of TikTok: what works, what flops, and why.
• Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus (but not essential).
• Confident in building and presenting decks to clients.
• Comfortable leading client calls and workshops.
• Organised under pressure – calm in chaos, and spreadsheet-sharp when needed.
• Data-savvy – able to use performance metrics to tell stories and steer strategy.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked on campaigns with creators and influencers.
