About the Role

My client is seeking a Trustee Actuarial Pensions Consultant to join their collaborative and highly regarded actuarial team. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of schemes from major multinationals to local clients, providing high‑impact advice at board and trustee level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising clients on strategic pensions matters, including valuations, funding negotiations, risk transfer, member options, and PPF management
• Leading day‑to‑day client relationships and supporting senior consultants on larger schemes
• Project‑managing large, complex assignments and ensuring quality technical delivery
• Mentoring and developing junior colleagues
• Networking and contributing to business growth and thought leadership initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Actuary (FIA/FFA or equivalent)
• Post‑qualified experience within pensions or actuarial consulting
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality advice
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset
